Question
What is involved in getting Bonded? Many companys require that a company or indivudial be Bonded before they will do buisness with you. How do you go about getting Bonded, and exactly what does "Bonded" mean?

Answer
Getting bonded involves a third party's guarantee to pay if your business can't fulfill it's contractual obligations.  There are several types of small business bonds.  So the requirements can differ.  You may be able to get bonded from your insurance company or from a bond company.  Be sure to get quotes as the price can vary widely.
