Question sir,i am working as bdm in animation skool, and i am having 7yrs experience in sales,i have worked across few fields,i am having the fear that if i joined a new job,i might not be successful,i have negative feeling towards myself, becos of this fear i am not able to go for a new job,how can i remove this fear?
Answer I would suggest that you procure the services of a career coach to assist and guide you through the process and towards the level of embracing change and viewing it as an opportunity towards great things versus a negative setback in your career.
I hope this helps!
