Question
sir, i am having 9yrs experience in sales and presently i am working in a animation college affiliated to an university,presently
things are going fine,i have joined 1 month back,i have done engg
and presently doing mba (distance education)i have education loans
as i have invested a lot on my education.to get the salary increased
should i stay in the present job for a longer period or change for better position after some years?
2.i have an offer by a printing press to start a printing institute in our town i.e certificate courses after 2 years investment is by them,i feel as things are going fine with my job career should i jump into this offer or continue in job and clear all the loans?kindly advise

I feel like you should weigh both options by listing out your pros and cons and then making a decision.  I, as a professional, don't believe in wrong or right decisions.  I believe we make decisions and then we put forward the energy, direction, and tools we need to make that decision work for us.
