Question
I am going to start working soon for a certain company, my first job ever, Congratulations!…

What self help book would you recommend for me, that would guide me on how to become great at work?

Answer
Daniel,

I have two books actually that I would recommend...

The first is "The On-Purpose Person' by Kevin McCarthy, which identifies how to make each part of your life meaningful and purposeful in its development and progression.

The other is "Strategic Job Jumpting" by Julia Hartman, which goes over when to make a move and when to stay put in your current job/role.

I think both will have a profound affect on your life and its motives.

I hope this helps!
