Question
hi i am from india.i finished my BDS last year.i.e bachelor in dental surgery.right
now i am jobless and confused.there are no jobs in the country for dentists and
number of dentists being produced every year is high.
can u advice me how i can take my career ahead . or if i want to switch over my
profession then what would be good for me?

Answer
Yasmin,

It appears you may want to look at relocating to a country where dentists career opportunities are available and accessible.

If this is not an option for you, then you'll want to find another area of the dental industry to pursue...dental hygienist, dental assistant, etc.

As you last final option, which you may not want to hear, is that you will have to diversify and take up another career field if moving is not an option.

I hope this helps!
