Careers: Acting, Performing, Directing/Acting LA or NYC

Question
I am 20 years old looking to get back into acting. Froma ges 8-17 I was involved
in a lot of acting and I loved it. I want to be on TV and Movies, but I am in NYC.
Should I be in LA for that or does NYC offer just as much? I heard TV and Movies
in LA, Broadway in NYC. I don't want to do Broadway! Thanks so much.

Thanks for writing. There are many films and TV shows shot in NYC. But in reality, 90% of all films and TV are cast in Los Angeles. This means that there will be more film and TV auditions available to you in LA than there are in NYC.
