Hi John, Well, it is very difficult to answer these questions as the first is much too broad and the second is quite impossible to find all the details.  But for #1- The benefits are high financial reward if you are successful and the drawbacks are the stress and long hours.  For # 1 it depends on your level of success.  If you are well known for being successful in the industry it is very high indeed, but for the beginner, it is very poor, except for working conditions which are always high because of the unions.  I hope that this has been some help, doc
