QuestionQUESTION: Hi, i saw this site and i thought it could be usefull. I am from Serbia, and my dream is to become an actor in L.A. Is there a chance to somehow go there and starts auditions or i need to do something before that, like hiring some agent or paying something, explain me everything. Thanks.
ANSWER: I can only tell you that YES, you will need an agent in LA.
The first thing you should do is look for a few reputable acting coaches and audit thier classes.
If you have never done anything before (as an actor) then you need to start building a resume.
Which means start doing theatre and indi films (where you live now) BEFORE you waste your time and money trying to get that experience in LA.
Hopefully you have some connections (friends or family) in the business.
NEVER pay anyone upfront, agents and managers are paid by commission ONLY.
There are a lot of people like yourself that have asked similar questions here.

Good Luck.

QUESTION: I am 16 years old, high school (second grade), i have a little experience in acting, so any difference like going to L.A. and starting auditions like this or should i first finish the high school and start a college or faculty for acting? I mean is there a difference 16 - 20 years for auditions?
Answer16 years old (in 2nd grade) you must have a different type of educational system there.
Yes finish high school and college and take as many acting courses and music and dance classes as you can.
Hollywood will still be there, get your education first, you will need it.
