Hi Kitty!
    My name is Jessica and i was wanting to start a modeling career! im 16, 5'7" and would love to be a luse size model! Im from a small town in Ohio and i know that there is not much in Ohio for modeling so i would have any problem leaving! Me and my cousin are going to try to do this together! so we were wondering were the best place is for plus size models and were we could find out more and be prepared for what we are getting our selfs into!!

Yes, you are correct that there isn't much modeling in your area, but below is a list of links to plus-size agencies or agencies that have a plus-size division.  Perhaps one may be in an area that you can get to:

They also have a newsletter, and the first website has a magazine that you may find helpful as well.

I have moved into directing, producing and screenwriting - and have won awards for my writing. I have worked in the industry as both a model and actress in Florida, New York City and Los Angeles until October 2007. I now reside in Europe.
