Question
At the bottom of an audition notice that I'm interested in, there was some stuff I wasn't really sure what it meant.  It read:

EPA (Equity Principal Auditions) rules are in effect.  A monitor will be provided.  Eqity COST Contract (favored nations at $738/wk)

Thank you.

Answer
Since (odds are) you are NOT an Actors Equity Association member then don't worry about it.

The good thing is that it's a union gig which IF you are cast they may offer you an A.E.A. contract.

The only thing here is that they must see union members first and that they really don't have to see you (if you're not a member) for the auditions.
