QUESTION: Can a 13 year old girl get a job with cartoon network as a voice actress ,if so are they holding auditions in colorado

ANSWER: Hi Hanna, Well, it depends. If there is a role that has a vocal requirement that fits your voice AND if they are hiring inexperienced non professionals to do it, then yes.  Where did you hear of this audition, and can you tell me how to find the listing? Thanks and God Bless, Doc

QUESTION: I didn't hear of an audition i was just wondering were i could possibly audition..Colorado would be the easier place to audition

Ah. Well, my dear, probably not. Most voice acting is done by stars as you are well aware, although I just read about a young lady who got a lead in a live action cartoon feature in the midwest.  Colorado is not as good a place for acting as it used to be.  But there are lots of opportunities, be in all  your school plays and get lots of acting experience, that is the most important thing you can do.
