Question
me and my friend maya really want to be a actress but we cant find how and we are deaf  is it easy to be actress if we are deaf? if yes, how???

Answer
I have some problems with answering this, because I don't know how old you are, whether you are profoundly deaf or able to function with an aid, or whereabouts you live. All these are necessary to have any hope of talking about your specific situation.

But I can suggest some things to get you started:

Google "deaf actor", as I just have, and see how many successful actors there are who identify as deaf. Use their example to encourage you, and then do some research on them and then write to ask for their advice. Show you know  bit about their work, and give enough detail about yourself so that the help can be as precise as possible.

You are taking on an extra trouble in an already difficult career choice, but you are obviously not fazed by that sort of problem. You get big Brownie points for working with what you've go, and not letting it be an excuse for simply not engaging. Congratulations, and the very best of good career luck.
