Question
Dear Kenneth, I am really interested in Acting. I would LOVE to act a small roll
in a episode of Hannah Montana, Camp Rock, or Talk an animated character. I
think that would be great and my dream is to become an actress. Please help
me. I have some-what great expeirence, but put me infront of a camera and
you wouldn't be the least bit surprised, from a bright, young, blue eyed, big-
hearted girl. I will accomplish my dreams and when I am famous I want to
help other people accomplish their own. I love acting. It's my passion. Help
me make my dreams come true or I wouldn't be able to stand up strait. I need
this. -Coming from a 11 year old's heart. That's hard to find. xoxo

Answer
Dear Kayla, I will be blunt. Your story and all the details is one I hear many times a day. You are not different from a million other young people.  Unless you live in LA, there is no way you are ever going to be in any Disney Channel show.  Please do not try to be famous.  Those who do that only become notorious.  Just try to be good at what you do. Helping others achieve their dreams is cool.  That is what I do, now that I am retired.  If you want to be an actor before you are 18, you are going to have to get your parents to help.  It is only through your parents hard work that you will get the kind of experience and training that you need.  Only your parents can get you an agent which you will need after you have experience and training. You have to start slow and work your way up in this field. It takes years to become even started as a professional.  If you have the love for it and the support of your parents, you may have a chance.  Best wishes, Doc
