im 15 and i want to persue i career in modeling i really want to start now and make that a career for the rest of my life what agencies do you recommend me to try out that will give me a shot and what do i need to get myself started

If you're looking to do fashion modeling, I would check out the New York City agencies.  The top agency list (there's one for women, one for men) on models.com is a great place to start:

Most of the agencies listed there also have websites - just use your favorite search engine to find it - and most modeling websites have agency criteria (for height, size and age) and submission instructions (what they want to see from you for consideration) for new faces.

For commercial print modeling, you can see what agencies are in your local area, or the closest market to you.  There are modeling agency directories available for both commercial print and fashion agencies available in your local library, bookstore or online.

For fashion modeling, they will usually accept a couple of snapshots for consideration.  For commercial print modeling, they may ask for a modeling composite card instead.  Either way, you will need one of those two things to submit to agents, and if you're mailing in your submission, a nice cover letter as well that includes your stats, contact information and a brief paragraph about yourself.
