Question
I am a 10 year old desperately looking for acting im Colorado Springs. But there are no auditions for 10 year olds!!! What should I do???

Answer
Julianna,

Thanks for writing. Unfortunately, there isn't much TO do! Most films and TV shows cast their productions in Los Angeles and New York. If you don't live in either city, you really don't have much chance of being seen.

My suggestion is to get involved with local theater in your area. You may discover some local theater opportunities for auditions. The Arts Center in your town I understand has a Youth Theater Branch. Check out their website at www.csfineartscenter.org/YouthRep.asp.

Hope this helps. Good luck!

Phil
