Answer
Hi Jackqueline
Glad you came here to ask!
Study, study, study!  Perform, perform, perform!!!
You're still so young... so, that's great!  Get into every drama class you can... begin to read plays... get involved in your local theater!  Keep developing your performance skills.  Music, dance, singing.... all of these add to your performance level.
Are you in a big city?  Check your local phone book for nearby agents and call them!  See what they are looking for from performers your age.  Can you get a meeting?  Do they have classes that they recommend?
Just know that the harder you work, the more prepared you will be when opportunity comes to you!
Continue to set goals for yourself, it's a great start.
Let me know if you have any more specific questions
All the best,
