Hi, my name is Lindsay, I'm 14. I have been looking for an agent for a while now and I was wondering if you could recommend any reputable agents in the state of Louisiana. Its a very overwhelming task as you know and I'm just not sure who I can trust. It would mean so very much to me thank you.

Hi Lindsay. Why do you want an agent?  You need to have a great deal of experience and training before an agent will be interested in you. They do not make actors.  They only try to find actors work, because that is how they make their money, vie commisions. Therefore, they are not much interested in newcomers.  Since you are under 18, your parents will have to apply to agents for you and sign the contract. So it is a good idea to put them to work on this project. There are lots of scams out there, so be careful. I really do not have any agents to recommend in LA, but I can tell you to avoid any who want you to take classes from them or charge a registration fee or anything like that. Best wishes, Doc
