Answer Basic acting and auditioning classes in the specific type of acting you want to do are important, and certainly you can continue studying and training in acting while you work in the industry.
Singing classes or working with a singing coach are also an ongoing thing that can continue to improve your skills and talents, again even while you work.
To go beyond that, actors have their special skills/talents listed on their resume. If you have a basic skill/talent, to improve upon that, or to learn new skills that can be added to your resume is a plus as well.
Languages/dialects, sports, musical instruments, dance and singing, are some of the best skills to be proficient in - and the better you are, the better it is to have such a skill listed on your resume. So any skill/hobby you already have an interest in, it can be great to improve in that area as well.
