hey kitty .....you must of heard this over and over but i really want to be in a tv show or camercial it is my dreamy i been in plays (comedy) but i fell i want to do more so i was wondering if you know a commercial of tv show i can be in i live in vancouver B,C thx byee :)

It's not that often commercials or television shows (other than reality shows) have open casting calls to the general public.  Usually, they tend to use professional (represented) actors.

I suggest using the list of licensed talent agents for your general area:
http://www.labour.gov.bc.ca/esb/talent/list.htm
and submitting your information to the agencies closest to you.  You can use your favorite search engine to find out if any agencies you are interested in have a website - many do - and usually it will detail agency criteria as well as submission instructions for new talent.

If you're not interested in film, make sure the agencies you submit your information to represent talent for commercials and television, or once you are represented ask your agent not to submit you for film work.

Since you already have some experience, it shouldn't be difficult to put together an actor's headshot and resume, which you will need either to submit for agency consideration, and/or for auditions.
