Question hello, i have never asked anything online before but i am wanting to know where to begin with modelling. many people have told me that i would make a good model and will be famous one day, im sure many peope here that but i really feel it and just recently starting to listen and become very interested to start a successful career in modelling and hopefully maybe one day branch into acting, if at the very least be able to do modelling to take me anywhere in the world and pay for school, i would like to know what i have to do to begin and where i should start who do i get into contact with? i'm 22 live on vancouver island, and need help.
Answer If you fit the criteria for fashion modeling, you may want to think about looking for agencies in New York City, (use the agency list on: http://models.com/rankings/) or check out agencies in Los Angeles if you think you'll be interested in starting acting soon as well.
You can check to see if the agency has a website - if they do there is usually details about the submission process for new faces and agency criteria. Otherwise you can telephone and ask.
