Hi!  I'm a young actor who's beginning to venture away from youth community theatre to adult theatre.  And now I need a résumé.  But I'm not quite sure how to make one.  

So, my question is: What's the format of a résumé?  What goes on it and in what order?

There are a variety of ways to set up a resume but for the most part it goes something like this.
My suggestion is that you go to one of the local agencies and look at some of what their actors resumes look at.
                               Name

                  Height                Weight
                   Eyes                  Hair

                               Film:
         List the film then the role then the director

                                TV:
         List the show then the role then the director

                              Theatre:
         List the show then the role then the theatre

                            Commercials:
                         List upon request

                             Training:
           List the Name of the school and the coach

                            Special Skills:
           Sports, Accents, Instruments, along with any
             other things that you a very good at.

                              Education:
              List the school and your degree/awards
