Question
On where i can find an agent or manager? I would really love to take any chance i get to start an acting and/or singing career. I would really prefer Disney Channel or Nickelodeon. I live in Dallas, Texas. I just want some addresses to agents or managers preferably for Disney or Nickelodeon. Thank you so much. -Rachel Evans.

Are you already acting and singing in Dallas?  If so, I would recommend you call the local "talent agents" there in Dallas.  I just looked online, there are a few.  Unfortunately, I don't know any personally however, they should be able to tell you what they are looking for in talent your age.  It's a good idea to start with a local agent.  Get experience there in local theaters etc... (unless you are highly experienced already)
If you have a resume, demo reel and headshot ready to go, you need to contact an agent in Los Angeles.  Disney and Nickelodeon do not have agents... they are production companies.  You will need an agent to get an audition for one of their shows.  Unless you can find an "open call" in your area.  Sometimes, they go on the road in search of "unknown talent".  If that's the case, they would post an announcement in your local paper.
Your local agents there in Dallas would be able to put you in touch with agents in bigger markets (LA, NY) when they feel you are ready.  
That's pretty much how it works.  You need to study, perform, get experience and then move on to a larger city.  It takes a lot of hard work, skill, determination, and patience.  But, if you really want it... go for it!  Start now... get into every play, every show ... perform every chance you get!  You need to be seen.  So get out there!  Become a big talent in Texas... then, you'll get attention from Los Angeles (and Disney).
