okay,ever since i was little i've wanted to act when i was little i was on one food commercial.
i'm 12 years old and my GOAL in life is to became an actress i would love to be on Disney channel and i keep looking for auditions but i cant find any.
please answer these:
-where can i find any auditions for Disney channel?
-how do i know if it is a scam or not?
-if i do get chosen how much would i have to pay?
-can you please message me
i'm a great actress
and i have a lot of energy
i know how hard this will be but its my dream and they always say to follow your dream

Hi Victoria,
Disney casts for their shows in California.
They send out calls or "breakdowns" to agents locally and who have talents who can fly in often to audition.
They do not "charge" you to be on their show, they PAY you, but only if you are selected to work on the show.
Anyone who asks for money in advance to represent you is a scam. Period.
Anyone who claims they can get you on a show for a fee is a scam!
You need to be taking acting classes. It isn't something you do to start and then you're done. Training is life-long.
You will need an agent when you are ready (in you're talent, not desire) to act. Without an agent, you won't hear about the jobs because they work with agents and not the public.
Follow your dream, but be ready to work on it a while!

I have been a professional actor 21 years, with appearances in TV, Film and commercials. I have made good decisions and potentially damaging mistakes. I also have belonged to agencies in three other Texas cities, but they have since closed.) TXMPA -Texas Motion Picture Alliance. Various other internet networking web rings as well as Actors Access. I was instrumental in advising actress Krista Allen on getting her career in acting started in Austin,Texas (we worked at the same Health Club in the early '90's).

Education/Credentials
I have acted for 21 years. I studied under James Nelson Harrell as well as other talented actors at Southwest Texas State University. After college, I have taken classes with Julliard graduate Mona Lee, Bill Johnson, Van Brookes, Marco Perella and others in Austin Texas. I am constantly attending classes to maintain my edge and explore new directions. In addition to attending strictly acting classes, I have also taken business workshops with respected casting directors, such as Shari Rhodes ("Jaws","Close Encounters", "Raggedy Man".) Barbara Brinkley, Jo Edna Bolden and Donise Hardy, (Castingworks LA).
