Hi! My name is Brittany and i really want to become an actress! I'm 12 but i really want to get started! I am curently in F.L. and i have been in about 2 plays, 3 short skits, i am a pretty cool hip-hop dancer, and i am in my school drama team, along with my church's kid drama and youth drama team. How should i get started??

Hi Brittany, Well, you are already well started. YOu are participating in every acting opportunity you can find.  You really do not have enough experience yet to qualify you for professional work. Wait until you have done well in several important roles, then have mom and dad help you find professional lessons, take a class or two or three over a period of time and continue to be in plays. When you have a resume of several good roles in plays and several professional acting classes, you can have mom and dad help you find an agent. Well, that is how it is done. IT takes a long time, sometimes many years as acting is a very difficult profession. If you have any other questions, let me know,Best wishes,  Doc
