I recently saw a inspirational stage play while visiting another town, and would like to know how to bring it to my home town. So, I guess my question is, what is the step by step process necessary to promote an stage play or any event?

Hi. Khadihjah, OK> 1. contact the company doing the play and find out how much it would cost to have them come to your town and when they are available to do it. 2. Before booking them, contact businesses and media and other organizations in your town to find out who would help sponsor the production by guaranteeing the expenses or buying advertising for it. 3. Secure a performance facility. 4. Book.  5. GEt the advertising going, sell tickets for the event to defray the costs. 6. hopefully play to a full house with all the expenses covered.
