QUESTION: I m directing some short movies as the following I record a video scenes then I put the suitable music explain that scene , vice verse , I sometimes choose some scenes to describe music concerts , also I m playing music , directing , writing poems , stories , screenplays , theathre plays also awe a good musical ear

because I m electronics & communication engineer I found that the best choice to involve in arts enviroment using my engineer degree is (audio engineer in movies , theathre  , music world )

thats will let me collect between my artisitc talents also my past studies in engineering

whats your opinion ?

ANSWER: Hi AJ.  I think that how you are using your talents in the arts works well and that you should continue to do what you are doing.  Audio work makes all the difference in a piece.

I misunderstood your brief answer but I deduce that you encourage me in continue arts career like (writing , directing ... ) without thinking in audio engineer or something like it , because it ll not satisfy me artistic talents as I excepted

is that what you meant ?

if yes , I told you that I didn't want to work in audio engineer for absolute , I want to specialize in music , sound effects , other art works for movies & TV

I think that working in music, sound effects and other works for movies and TV is a good direction to go as it will use some of your skills as an audio engineer.
