i want to send an audition tape of myself acting out a skit i made to Disney. Do you know the address that i send it to?

Natalie, They will just throw your stuff in the trash if they have not asked you to send it.  They get thousands of such things all the time and they do not have time to even open them. To find out where they are accepting things go to http://actinginfo.blogspot.com But I can tell you in advance that if you do not live near LA you are wasting your time,money and effort.  They usually want applications from professionals who have agents in LA. But you can read about any auditions for Disney at this site. I would not send Mr. Baltes any money, there is no evidence that he has helped anyone become an actor.  Best wishes and God bless, Doc
