What is the best agency for actress ?

Hi Valerie, There is no best agency for a beginning actress as long as they are honest and are getting you auditions.  Your  agency has to be near enough that you can get to auditions with little trouble (within an hour or two driving time).  You want a talent agency, not a management nor a casting agency.  But more importantly you need to be a talent that the agency wants, someone who has lots of acting experience (even if it is amateur) and some training (professional classes).  Agents do not make people into actors.  Agents represent people who are already actors.  Best wishes and God bless, Doc
