Question
QUESTION: how can we find and get auditions

ANSWER: Hi Jeanny. Finding and getting auditions is what aspiring professional actors spend most of their time doing. Sources for auditions are professional publications such as Backstage, Craig's List, a couple of websites for experienced professinals, other actors and acting teachers, and agents.  To be avoided are such things as web sites in general, casting agents and management agents. One has to be be very dilligent in these things.  It helps to have a really good resume and head shot of course.  Aspiring actors under the age of 18, should rely upon their parents for getting them experience, training and an agent since minors cannot sign contracts. A minor's parnets are the very best and only real help in finding auditions. Without them there is no way a teen is going to become a professional actor.  Best wishes and God bless, Doc

QUESTION: how can I started an actress career?

Answer
Most actors get started in their school plays.  If you have talent you will be in many of them. Then audition for roles in the local amateur theatre societies (community theatres). You do not sound over the age of 18, so take it from there. Good luck, Doc
