me
HI my name is kaylin. I am 12 years old and i want to pursue a career in the preforming arts. I have LOTS of resumes and headshots. I also am close family friends with a photographer so i can get PLENTY more. I have been in alot of local productions....(12) and been taking voice, piano, flute, and dance lessons. I really want to make my mark on hollywood but i also know that ALOT of other kids around my age want to pursue a career in acting. i am hardworking, patient, social, attentive, headstrong, and a fast learner. i got the lead in 11/12 of the productions and everyone says i was probably born for acting. I also can also model. My uncle owns a clothing store so every summer i go up to seattle and model his latest shipments and he has a catalouge. Im thinking that is a pretty good start but i want to do more. wat would u advise me to do???

Hi Kaylin. Make sure all your photos show a bright,cheery, energetic you, not the glum, tired, person in the attached photo. Get your hair off your face! You need to make a proper resume, get a good head shot and full length shot, have mom write you a proper cover letter and start applying to talent agents. To facilitate this process, write me at kencosp@aol.com and I will send you instructions and then you can submit these things to me for evaluation before sending them to agents.  In the mean while, identify the talent agents near you and go to their web sites and find out how to submit for representation.
