Question hi my name is jeremiah im 17 and I live in queens new york. I reallyy have a natural gift for acting likee I've been told so many times I should be an actor buht I juss thought it was peoples way ofcallin me a clown so I didnt go for it. I have many talents such as I have a nice voice to sing also and ii can act . bUht my question is how can I get noticed? and like do I need to noe special people? because theres alot of terrible actors and actresses and even singers who all are doing it real big and famous and I dnt noe why people like me cant get out big break. People like hannah montanah are famous. -_- wtf? buht yeaa. likee could yu help me wiff tryin to make it in the acting industry. because it may not seem like I want it buht I really cant show pasison through words. iM more of an action actor lOl. well thnxx.

Thanks for writing. If you want to be an actor and you want to be noticed, then you need to get training. Since you live in NYC, you have a host of terrific acting teachers in Manhattan with whom you can train. I'd inquire about taking acting classes at the HB Studios, The Actor's Studio, and even the Lee Strasberg Institute. All of these provide excellent training for actors.
Do you need to know people? Well, it certainly doesn't hurt! The people you want to develop relationships with are Casting Directors as they are the ones that will help you get cast in film, TV and theater.
