Hi Kitty, I have an 18 month old son and i have been wanting to get him into modeling every since he was born, but i don't know where to start. Can you please let me know what baby modeling agencies are looking for and what i need to do to get started?

I don't know of any agencies who exclusively represent babies - but there are a few agencies who specialize in children.  A good agency if you're in the Miami area is World of Kids: http://www.worldofkidsagency.com/

If you're not in that area, then you can use one of the modeling agency directories to locate agents close to you.  There are a few books written on child modeling and talent, a number of which also contain an agency directory.  Many commercial print modeling agencies will represent children, although some will not represent under a certain age, perhaps age 2 or 4.  

At that age, all your son should need would be one or two really good, clear snapshots to work with.  Make sure that any agency that you submit his information to is licensed (where regulated) and that they are not earning their income from something other than obtaining work for the models/talent they represent.  They should be taking a percentage off of the money your son earns through them (usually 10-20%), not making money from other products and services such as photography, printing, website fees, classes, etc.
