Question
Kenneth,
My son has applied to a number of BFA acting programs for 2010.  I wanted to get your opinion of these programs.
USC ; CMU ; BU ; LAMDA

His auditions were encouraging for all and we think that he may be accepted to all.  What guidance do you have regarding the "best" one for him.  He is a serious actor that wants to get the best training and preparation for a career in acting.

Answer
Hi Dennis, I discuss how to evaluate BFA programs in my free book The Tao of Acting which is available at my web page, www.kenplonkeyacting.com My book and blog should be useful to both you and him as well as may be several of the articles. I would rate LAMDA the highest among these. I would like to know more about his background and his career goals. You may write me at kencosp@aol.com with this info and questions on my book and blog and articles.  I look forward to hearing from you. God bless, Doc
