Hello mam, i am Archana from india. I think i can sing and compose songs well. Basically my Idea is i can convert bollywood songs into english tracks . If you could refer a agency in USA that can promote/launch me over there. Than trust me it 'll be huge

Hi there, Archana...And thanks for writing.

I find it very interesting that you have ideas about ways that you can "be huge".  It's great that you are thinking about things in a business way and looking for ways to make things happen.  That is good.  Do not stop thinking this way.  You actually might want to consider going to some sort of business school.

Even though it is good that you have ideas, I would like to caution you that you are assuming that whatever idea you have is a good one.  For e.g. this idea of converting Bollywood songs into English tracks is not possible for you.  The reason it is not possible is that you do not own the rights to the songs.  Every song that is created is owned by someone or by an organization.  Before you can do anything, you have to have permission (legal permission) to use the song and to do this.  Bollywood or the person/ organization who owns the song would need to grant you this permission.  This is for each song.  

Do you have this permission?  

It's obvious to me that you are not familiar with how the industry works at all if you assume that you can do whatever you want with music like this.   Music is a product and a resource.  It is created and owned.  The people who create it and own it need to make a living just like you and I do.  There are organizations that help musicians who do this for a living receive royalties for their work.

So when you get an idea, it is essential that you do some research on it to see if it is possible before you think about how it can make you huge.  If you have an idea again, why don't you find a coach on this site and ask them if it is even possible.  That's a great start.  If it is possible, then you can go from there and build on the idea.  Ok?
