QUESTION: I ilve about 7 hours away from LA and about an hour and a half away from San fransico. I don't have any resume, I have no acting exierience yet. I'm still a junior in high school. But I want to start taking classes.
AnswerThere are good acting studios in San Francisco. My take on acting classes is that they are pretty much a waste of time and money, except that eventually if you want to be a professional you will need some on your resume. If you have never been in a play, you have no resume, but if you have been in a high school play you do have a resume. Now. If you have never been in a play, then you have no idea if you have enough talent to invest money on. Talent is something you are born with, you cannot learn it in a class. Go to my web site and do the reading I recommended then contact me at my e-mail. God bless, Doc
