Question
I live in Niagara Falls and I want to take courses or classes to further better myself in acting. I would like to know of a website that would maybe give me a list of places that offer courses (preferably night courses) that are recognized in the industry.  I am willing to travel as far as Toronto. I just don't want to drive all that way and per say waste my time with farse course or classes. I want to build a respectable resume. I am also acting in community theatre gaining experience with each role that I am cast.

Answer
I'm afraid that the industry really doesn't look at the classes you've taken to see if they are legitimate. Most directors and producers want to see what you can  do or what you have done in a professional context. They know that any class has stars and doofusses, and anyway they can't be sure how your training and your native ability will add up in the casting they are considering.

Classes will help you act better and feel better about your acting, but on a résumé they don't carry much weight. Now, a teacher can sometimes be useful if they are asked about a student of theirs, or if they are asked for suggestions.

Look at TAAS.ca for a listing of some of the best teachers in the city.

I'm not sure that driving two hours there and two back,  plus a two hour class, is the best way to spend your time. You may be better off looking for acting work closer to NFalls. Here's a website that might be worthwhile:
http://jobs.canada.oodle.com/careers/st-catharines-niagara-area/acting-jobs/

and look at startscouncil.ca for many small professional companies you should find out about. Some may offer classes or volunteer opportunities, and it could be useful to get known by them in that way.

Keep at it, and think seriously about moving from NFalls. You will soon burn through the opportunities locally, and then you will have to move to get more.

All strength to you.
