Question
Hi. I am looking at colleges and want to pursue a career in theatre (stage) directing. However most schools have directing as a graduate program only. So, for my undergraduate, should I major in performance or design/production/management?

Answer
Hello Stephen, of your two choices, design, production, management will put you in the best position for directing.  It is true that professional degrees in directing are Master's degrees., There are very very few professional directing jobs, but community theatres expand the field quite a bit.  God bless, Doc
