Hello, could you advise me who to contact and how to get involved in modelling as an older woma, I am 44 and am good looking , slim and fit.

You can use one of the international modeling agency directories or look in the largest market closest to you for agencies that represent commercial print models.  There are some agencies that specifically represent non-native speakers for both modeling and acting, although not many.

Once you've located an agency you're interested in, you can check to see if they have a website (or if they don't, you can telephone) to find out what their criteria is for new faces, and what they want to see from you for consideration.

If you haven't worked previously there, make sure that you also have the appropriate working permit/tax ID for your area.  

Quite a few commercial print models also work as actors, so there are a number of talent agencies who also have (commercial print) modeling divisions - so you may want to look not just for modeling agencies, but also for talent agencies in your area.
