The list updates from time to time, so you can always check back.  Any agencies you are interested in, you can look for their website using your favorite search engine.  As far as I know, none of them specify whether or not they represent models in a wheelchair - but so long as you fit their other criteria and are photogenic, you can submit your information to them.

Quite a few of the agencies nowadays take submissions from new faces online, or if you're in the area you can attend an open call.  You may want to also consider commercial print modeling agencies who are generally more open to disabled people.

Of course if fashion is your only interest, then by all means go for it with just the fashion agencies.
