Question
A extras casting agency is looking for local talent to "act" in a upcoming feature film that is being filmed in my city.  The have asked for a photo and contact information.  What type of photo should I send?  an 8X10?  B/W or color?  Headshot or full body shot?  What else should I send?  .I have no experience.
Thanks.

Answer
Get together with a acting coach that is actually a working actor.
Look them up to make sure on imdb.com
They really don't usually request an 8X10 for extra work.
Color is what most agents use nowadays.
Look up your local film commission they may have a hotline.
Deal with SAG Franchised agencies.
NEVER give an agent or manager ANY up front money EVER.
