Question
I turned 26 years old about 2 weeks ago and as long as I can remember... I've been an entertainer.  I keep friends and family laughing and smiling, whether its imitating someone or talking about our lives and what it was like growing up.  I like putting smiles on peoples faces.  I went to college and graduated with a B.S. in C.I.S but my heart and passion has always been to entertain and act.  That is a dream, but I feel as if my time is running out!
Is it too late for me to pursue a career in acting or stand up comedy?

Answer
Armon,
A belated Happy Birthday to you. The answer to your question is: Heck no it's not too late. It is NEVER too late--especially if you are at the tender age of 26. There are many acting experts here who you can ask questions regarding "how to" get started in acting. In acting the best advice seems to be get a great teacher and train, train, train. In standup comedy the best way to start is to hit the open mics at your local comedy club (if there is not local comedy club with an open mic then start your own) and go for it. Celebrate your new decision to start a career as an entertainer tonight THIS WEEK by going to see a play or show at a comedy club. Get inspired and get started.
