K so i need some help with finding an agent. I live in Southern California. And an you help me find the best talent agency or whatever it is in Southern California. And i also want to know what i do when i find the right agency. like what do i do, call them? and i also want to know once i contact them what do i do to start doing shows, movies, etc..

Thanks for writing. The best source for finding an agency is the Hollywood Representation Directory (www.hcdonline.com). It lists all the big and all the small agencies in Los Angeles and New York. Send them your headshot and resume and ask for a general interview. If you are performing in something, invite them to see it so they can see your talent.
Don't worry about getting work, worry about getting an agent. That's the first step.
