I am a high school student on Long Island, Ny and i am very determined to become an actress. I do a lot of local theater and I am looking for a manager.I am aware that there are many scams in this buisness. Can you recommend any Managers or Talent Agents on LI or in NYC? Thanks!

I no longer live in NY and while I wish you well I really can't help you out in getting a manager or agent in NY.
I would suggest that you stick with SAG Francised agents.

Don't give out any up front money for anything, these people should be compensated by commission only.
