Hi,
I would like to get back into modeling, I did a little work when I was younger and I had to stop, but I would like to get back into it now, is it going to be hard? do you have any tips?

It depends on the type of modeling you're getting back into, and the location where you want to do so.  It's easiest if you're in or near a large market such as NYC or L.A., and for commercial print modeling there are few requirements other than what an individual agency might set - but generally there are no age, size or height requirements.
I don't know if one can lose the quality of being photogenic, which is the main thing an agent looks for.  If you have that, and proximity to a mid or large-sized market, it shouldn't be that difficult to get back into the swing of things.  
There are also modeling agency directories available for many different types of modeling which you can pick up in your local library, bookstore, online or on newsstands in NYC/LA.
