Question
I have a very pretty daughter. She can sing and act very well. She wants to become a model/actress. How do I get her in the business? She has done a lot of school plays, she sings in the honor choir at her school,and she was casted in a opera performed by Webster University

You can submit her information to the agencies closest to you for their consideration.  If they are interested, they will contact you.  She may also (depending on how old she is) need professional headshots, a modeling composite card and/or a demo tape of her singing.  However, you may want to wait on those items until you have agency representation in at least one of those areas.  You can use one of the modeling or talent agency directories (available in your local library, bookstore or online) to get the names and contact information of model and talent agencies.  You may also want to pick up one of the books written on the subject of child modeling or acting, many of which also contain an agency directory, as well as visual examples of composite cards and headshots.
