Question
my question is when a person gets their certificate of completion in acting and modeling, Can that person go from state to state and use the same certificate, or do they need to take classes in each state they work in?

Thanks for writing. As far as I know, there is no law that requires that you complete ANY training in acting or modeling. No one can force you to take acting or modeling classes, and no one can deny you employment because you didn't take any acting or modeling classes.

Therefore, you can work in any state in the USA as an actor or model - with or withour training.
