Question
Hi, i'm interested in landing a spot on Disney Channel but I'm not sure where to begin or how to start. I am 13 years old (14 in October). I live in WA, but willing to travel. I have parental support. I am looking to start acting on Disney when I'm 14-15, no later. This is truely my dream. Any ideas on how to go about this? Thank you so much!!

Answer
Brittany,

Thanks for writing. You can't just "land a spot" on the Disney Channel. You need to audition for a part for which you are the right choice. But before you do that, you need to take some acting classes to develop your talent. You also need to secure an agent, preferably one in Los Angeles or at least one that has relationships in Los Angeles. Your agent will know when you're right for something at the Channel and will then be helpful in securing you an audition.

Hope this helps. Good luck!
