Hey...I'd really like to appear in a music video, what do i have to do to be in one?

Thanks for writing. To be in a music video, you have to know casting directors casting them, or producers, talent, choreographers, or dancers that are invovled with them.

If you want to do something more than that, like be the lead performer in one, then you have to have talent, a voice, an agent, and connections to the music video world.
