ok so here's the deal i really want to know about where i can find some good acting agents with good reviews to get me some jobs on tv since ive been doing it since the age of 6 and nothing has happened because i have no clue on how to get started tips please =)

Thanks for writing. The best resource for agencies and managers is The Hollywood Representation Directory which you can purchase online at www.hcdonline.com. They list all the major agencies as well as the smaller ones.
But the reality is this: if you don't live in the Los Angeles or New York areas, none of these agents are going to represent you. 95% of all auditiojns for film and TV take place in Los Angeles, so if you don't live here, agents aren't interested in representing you.
