Question
I have a 11 month old son and a 5 year old daughter.   How do I find a legit modeling agency without encountering a scam.  I live in Haverhill,Massachusetts, less than an hour from Boston.  Also what should I expect?  What are they looking for?

I found two agents in Boston (listed on the Screen Actors Guild website (www.SAG.org) -

You will have to contact them to see if they represent children.  If they do not, see if they can refer you to someone who does.  You can also pick up one of the books written about child modeling/acting.  Many of them have agency directories in the back who cater specifically to children.  Check your local library, bookstore or online for the latest titles.  Those are the ways I would think are the safest way to find legit agencies.

The agents will be looking to see if your children are photogenic, if they are comfortable in front of the camera, and able to follow simple directions easily.
